This website is operated by Inbal Raz Photography. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Inbal Raz Photography. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
All content included on this site, such as original photography, images, graphics, designs, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of Inbal Raz Photography and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not download, reproduce, copy, resell, or exploit any portion of our artwork or products for any commercial or personal purpose without our express written permission.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (PRINT ON DEMAND)
Our products are custom-made and manufactured specifically for you once an order is placed. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, because our artwork is printed on various physical materials—such as fabrics and paper—we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Slight variations in print color, contrast, or artwork placement can occur due to the nature of the printing process on different substrates. Additionally, minor size tolerances are standard within textile manufacturing and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
Because our fulfillment process is automated to ensure fast turnaround times, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cancellations, size changes, or shipping address modifications can be made once an order is confirmed. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate the request on a case-by-case basis.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All Sales Are Final: Because all of our products are custom-made and produced specifically for you once your order is placed, we do not keep pre-made items in stock. Therefore, once an order is placed, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns, offer monetary refunds, or facilitate exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a verified issue with the print quality, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please send an email to support@inbalrazphotography.com and include a clear picture or video of the problem along with your order number. We will work directly with our printing and shipping partners to resolve the issue and provide a replacement.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by the destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for paying any and all such fees. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Reshipment costs for returned packages will be the responsibility of the buyer.
PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use third-party providers for manufacturing (Print-on-Demand) and shipping our products. We shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or issues caused directly by these third-party services, though we will do our best to assist you in resolving any problems as outlined in our Return Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Inbal Raz Photography, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
